Berenice Romanet is a certified Art Therapist (Profac) and Health and Wellbeing Coach (Harvard Medical School), dedicated to supporting individuals through the healing power of artistic expression.
Her path began in the performing arts, where she worked in theater, short films, and even founded her own theater company. After several successful productions, she expanded her horizons by contributing to her family’s business in Catalan textiles, gaining an entrepreneurial perspective that continues to inform her work today.
A relocation to Oman allowed her to teach drama, where she witnessed firsthand how creative practice could enhance self‑confidence and stress management in children. This pivotal experience led her to pursue formal training in art therapy, a discipline she now places at the heart of her practice.
Berenice’s work is open to everyone from the age of five, with a particular focus on children, parental support, and guidance through fertility challenges. Her diverse clientele reflects her belief that art therapy is a universal language, accessible and transformative for all. Drawing on her unique journey, she offers a safe, structured, and empathetic environment where each person can explore their emotions, build resilience, and foster lasting well‑being.

As an art therapist, my goal is to offer a safe and creative space where words are not always needed. Through drawing, painting, or other artistic media, each person can explore emotions, release tension, and build new coping strategies. Art therapy supports stress and anger management, helps process trauma or grief, and nurtures self‑confidence and resilience. It is open to everyone from the age of five. In this process, creativity becomes a powerful pathway toward healing and emotional well‑being.
Each journey begins with a 30‑minute call or Zoom where we get to know each other. This is your time to share what you’re going through, ask any questions, and feel heard. From there, every session is bespoke—shaped by what emerges in the previous one, so the work truly follows your needs. Sessions last one hour and may include drawing, painting, or other creative exercises to explore and work through your challenges. The focus is never on the result but on the process of creating. There is no shame, blame, guilt, or judgement—only a safe space for you to express and grow.
