Each session with Libby is a safe, nurturing space designed to meet you exactly where you are; no pressure, no judgment, just presence.
We begin with a gentle check-in to explore how you’re feeling emotionally, physically and mentally. This creates space for you to slow down, tune in and name what’s really going on beneath the surface.
From there, we may move into guided breath work or grounding techniques to settle your nervous system and prepare for deeper work. Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), we’ll then tap through specific emotions, challenges, or thought patterns that are keeping you stuck; whether it’s anxiety, inner criticism, exhaustion, or overwhelm.
As the session unfolds, we work intuitively; releasing emotional blocks, uncovering core beliefs and creating new, empowering inner narratives. You’ll feel gently held, supported and encouraged to reconnect with your strength, worth and truth.
We close with space for reflection, integration and practical tools or rituals you can carry into daily life; so the shifts you make in session ripple into the rest of your week.
