Bio

Mr. Mohsin Mohiddin Rahatwilkar is a physiotherapist in the Department of Physiotherapy at the Medcare Hospital Sharjah. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPTH) from India. He then enriched his credentials by attending several courses which included a workshop on Matrix Rhythm Therapy, a Certificate course in Dry Needling, a Certificate course in Kinesiology Taping &, a Certificate course in Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation all from India. He then obtained a Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) training from Medcare Hospital Sharjah.

Mr. Rahatwilkar is a registered member of the Maharashtra State Council for Occupational Therapy & Physiotherapy & a member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists. He commenced his career as a physiotherapist in India, with Abane hospital & then as a consultant physiotherapist with Shivam Hospital (multispecialty & accident care centre), & Global Hospital & Research Institute. He also spent some time as a physiotherapist at Vinayak Hospital before moving to U.A.E. where he worked at the Medical Centre in Ajman.

Mr. Rahatwilkar has successfully managed conditions related to sports injuries, post-fracture stiffness, pre & post-surgery rehabilitation, & neurology. He has treated frozen shoulder, ACL reconstruction & Arthroscopy, Bell’s palsy, joint pain, spondylosis, disc bulge & stroke patients using various pain management procedures, Kinesiology taping, & dry needling.

Away from work, in his free time, he is fond of travelling to new places & loves the thrill of motorcycle riding. He speaks English, Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, & Konkani fluently.
