Nagham Abdoh is a DHA-certified clinical dietitian and IBCLC based in Dubai, with over 7 years of experience in clinical nutrition, health education, and patient-centered care.

Ms. Abdoh earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sharjah and is currently completing her Master of Science in Applied Nutrition at the same university. She is also an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), with extensive training in areas such as CBT for weight loss, diabetes management, and low FODMAP therapy.

Throughout her career, Ms. Abdoh has worked across various clinical and public health settings, including rehabilitation centers, polyclinics, and government health programs. She has led national health initiatives under the Ministry of Health and Prevention and currently serves as Lead Dietitian at Ardens Medical Center, where she specializes in managing complex cases involving mental health, substance use disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, and metabolic conditions.

Ms. Abdoh is skilled in developing evidence-based nutritional protocols and therapeutic diets tailored to chronic illnesses such as PCOS, IBD, and endometriosis. She integrates behavior change strategies and interdisciplinary collaboration to support long-term health outcomes. Additionally, she has played a key role in JCI accreditation readiness and food safety oversight within clinical environments.

Dedicated to advancing maternal and child health, she provides lactation consulting, delivers community education, and trains healthcare professionals through her work with the Breastfeeding Friends Society.
