Benefit of the therapy

Lactation counselling helps ease challenges like pain, latching issues, or low milk supply. It builds your confidence, supports your baby’s growth, and makes breastfeeding a more positive experience for both mother and child.

How the session will go

In a lactation counselling session, the consultant will talk with you about your breastfeeding journey, understand your concerns, and, if needed, observe a feeding. You’ll get guidance on positioning, latching, and practical tips to make feeding more comfortable. Follow-ups may be suggested for ongoing support.
