Physiotherapy supports you in moving with more ease and confidence. Whether you're recovering or working on prevention, it helps you understand how your body functions and what you can do to improve strength, flexibility, and comfort.
A physiotherapy session starts with a discussion about your physical concerns, medical history, and any current discomfort or injuries. The practitioner may assess your movement, posture, or strength. Depending on what’s needed, the session could involve guided exercises, hands-on techniques, or planning for a rehab program. Clear communication and comfort are prioritized throughout.
