Wafa is a compassionate and culturally attuned psychologist working with adolescents and adults to help them navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. • Clarity & Relief
Together, we unpack what’s weighing on you, whether it’s anxiety, burnout, grief, or feeling stuck, so you leave sessions feeling lighter and more in control.
• Confidence in Yourself
I help you reconnect with your strengths, challenge the inner critic, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
• Tools that Actually Work
You’ll walk away with practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to your needs — from managing overwhelm to setting boundaries and breaking unhelpful patterns.
• A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space
Therapy with me is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. You’ll feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way — no matter your background or beliefs.
• Long-Term Change, Not Just Quick Fixes
We work at a pace that feels right for you, creating sustainable shifts in your mindset, relationships, and wellbeing — not just temporary relief.
• Culturally Sensitive Care
As a multilingual, multicultural therapist, I understand the complex dynamics of identity, family, and community — and how they impact your mental health.
Each session is 50 minutes and starts with a check-in on how your week has been.
We then focus on a challenge you’d like to explore — whether it’s anxiety, burnout, low mood, or something deeper. I use evidence-based tools like CBT and mindfulness to help you gain clarity and build practical strategies.
You’ll leave with insights, small shifts to try, or tools to reflect on — not just talk, but real progress.
