Ms. Aishwarya Patil is an Assistant Behavioural Analyst in the Department of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her BSc Honours Psychology with Counselling Skills from Middlesex University in Dubai and then further qualified herself with a Master's in Trauma Studies (MA) from the University College Cork in Ireland. She is a Certified International Behaviour Therapist(IBT) from the International Behaviour Analysis Organisation (IBAO) and a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) from the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board, USA.
Ms. Patil began her career as a Research Assistant with Common Knowledge Forum and then at Swaroop Clinic, both in India. Subsequently, she moved to the UAE as a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) with Milestones Autism Rehabilitation Centre, Dubai. She also worked with Gifted Mind, Dubai.
Ms. Patil manages the entire gamut of Applied Behaviour Analysis, using the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills – Revised (ABLLS-R) and Verbal Behaviour Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP) Curriculum. Her treatment protocol includes the theory of Mind development and communication tools for non-verbal children. She proficiently treats patients with conditions like Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
She enjoys reading during her spare time and speaks English, Hindi and Marathi.
