Benefit of the therapy

ABA helps build essential life skills, improve communication, and promote adaptive behaviours. It provides measurable progress, encourages independence, and supports personal growth in a structured, goal-oriented way. ABA can empower individuals to navigate daily life more effectively and confidently.

How the session will go

In an ABA session, you or your child will engage in structured, individualized activities designed to improve specific skills and behaviours. The analyst observes, collects data, and uses evidence-based techniques to encourage positive behaviours and reduce challenges. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, providing consistent guidance, practice, and reinforcement in a supportive environment.
