Clinical Psychologist
Eleonore Brocq is a licensed Clinical Psychologist whose professional journey began in the South of France and Monaco. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, France. Over the years, I have supported numerous clients in navigating and overcoming personal, mental, and emotional challenges—first in France and later in Dubai, UAE—driven by a passion to serve diverse populations.
My experience includes a five-year tenure at a reputable hospital on the French Riviera, followed by the entrepreneurial venture of establishing my private practice in Monaco. This allowed me to expand my range of services and provide dedicated care in supporting clients’ psychological well-being.
Fluent in both English and French, I am able to connect deeply with a multicultural clientele, offering psychotherapy services that are accessible and culturally sensitive. This linguistic flexibility has been a key asset in ensuring clear communication and building meaningful therapeutic relationships.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, prioritizing the unique needs and strengths of each individual. I use a client-centered, strength-based framework while integrating evidence-based methods tailored to specific challenges and goals. I believe in working alongside my clients, empowering them to make meaningful changes and achieve lasting growth.
One of my specialized areas of focus is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). My research has explored the phenomenon of mental grip or mental domination, which provides valuable insights into gaining control over one’s thoughts and emotional responses. I also incorporate art therapy—validated by a Diplôme Universitaire (DU) in the field—particularly in my work with young children. Through art as a therapeutic medium, I help children express themselves, foster emotional awareness, and develop resilience.

I help individuals understand their psychological functioning and how certain triggers may impact their day-to-day life. I provide tools to help clients find the right way to handle their problems. Psychotherapy is an intimate journey that requires the guidance and support of an experienced professional.
The initial consultation lasts one hour, during which we explore the client’s story and identify the challenges they are currently facing. In the following sessions, which are 50 minutes each, we delve into the root causes of these issues and implement tailored solutions to help the client feel better about their life. The goal is to create lasting change and empower the client with tools that support lifelong well-being.
