I am a UK-trained psychologist, holding a First-Class MSc in Psychology from Kingston University (UK), and currently practicing in Dubai. With significant experience in diverse psychological settings, I provide a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs.
My clinical journey began as a crisis counsellor with SHOUT, supporting individuals experiencing suicidal ideation and acute emotional distress. I have also worked extensively in school environments, providing counselling for students aged 8 to 18. I support young individuals facing academic pressure, bullying, anxiety and social withdrawal. Currently based at MCM Dubai, I provide therapy to clients across all age groups, helping them manage and heal from trauma, abuse, anxiety, and depression. I also offer couples counselling, focusing on conflict resolution, effective communication, and rebuilding emotional intimacy in relationships.
My therapeutic approach integrates several modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, develop insight, and move toward meaningful change.

As your psychologist, my goal is to provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard and supported—no matter what challenges you may be facing. I aim to offer not only emotional comfort but also practical coping strategies to help you navigate the demands of an increasingly complex and fast-paced world. Together, we will explore your experiences, acknowledge your strengths, and identify meaningful ways to move forward. Our work will focus on helping you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and embrace the opportunities your life has to offer with confidence and clarity.
During your initial visit, I'll take time building rapport and creating a comfortable environment. However, once the sessions begin on a regular basis, I'll check in on how the client has been feeling since their last session, asking about any significant events, emotions, or changes that have occurred. My sessions are generally structured but flexible, often guided by the therapeutic approach being used, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or humanistic therapy. The type of therapy applied relates to the presenting issue of the client. I help the client identify patterns in their thinking, challenge unhelpful beliefs, or develop strategies to cope with difficult emotions and situations. As the session progresses, I will provide feedback, validation, and support, while also gently encouraging the client to consider new perspectives or take actionable steps toward their goals. Toward the end of the session, I may summarize key points discussed and collaboratively decide on any homework or tasks to work on before the next meeting.
