Syeda Rafath is a licensed counselling psychologist with a solid academic foundation and over six years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counselling from Hyderabad, India, and is currently based in Dubai with a CDA license to practice. Throughout her career, Rafath has worked with diverse populations, addressing both clinical concerns—such as anxiety, depression, and trauma—and non-clinical issues including relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and personal growth.

The therapist may offer reflections, ask guiding questions, or introduce techniques to support emotional awareness and growth. Over time, the process helps the client gain insight, build resilience, and work toward their personal goals. Each session is collaborative and tailored to the client’s pace and comfort.
