Bio

Syeda Rafath is a licensed counselling psychologist with a solid academic foundation and over six years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counselling from Hyderabad, India, and is currently based in Dubai with a CDA license to practice. Throughout her career, Rafath has worked with diverse populations, addressing both clinical concerns—such as anxiety, depression, and trauma—and non-clinical issues including relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and personal growth.

Her therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness and narrative therapy, helping clients reconnect with their inner strengths, reshape unhelpful thought patterns, and build emotional resilience. Rafath is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel empowered to take ownership of their story and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
