Vinita Mane, FHEA is a licensed psychologist, academic, and Programme Leader with over 9 years of experience in higher education and mental health practice. She currently serves as the Head of Mental Health and Wellbeing at Westford University College, UAE, where she leads the BSc Business Psychology with HRM programme (affiliated with LJMU). Vinita is also a practicing online therapist with Sama Health and Mulk Medical and holds certifications in CBT, trauma-informed care, and clinical hypnotherapy. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and a PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology, her research focuses on childhood experiences, resilience, and decision-making competence in adults.

Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness, I guide you through strategies to manage emotions, build resilience, and navigate personal or professional difficulties. Sessions are collaborative, paced to your comfort, and tailored to meet your unique needs. Each session ends with a summary, reflection, and clear steps to work on until our next meeting.
